This check runs your profile through the six selection factors IRCC uses to decide whether a Federal Skilled Worker application may be submitted at all. You need 67 points out of 100, plus CLB 7 in every language ability and a year of skilled work. Clearing 67 means you meet the minimum, not that an invitation is coming.
