The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) is one of Canada's main economic immigration pathways. It's designed for skilled workers with foreign work experience who want to immigrate to Canada permanently.
The 67-point system is a selection tool that assesses your eligibility for the Federal Skilled Worker Program. You must score at least 67 out of 100 points to be eligible to enter the Express Entry pool.
The 67-point system determines if you're eligible to enter the Express Entry pool. The CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) is used to rank candidates already in the pool. Only those who pass the 67-point assessment can receive a CRS score.

No, a job offer is not required to be eligible. However, a valid job offer can add 10 points to your score under the arranged employment factor and 5 points under adaptability.
